Mid Murray Council operates and maintains 6 RV Disposal Points within the region.

The locations of these RV Disposal Points are below:

Disposal Point Operation - How To Guide:

1. Cartridge disposal
Waste cartridge contents can be slowly and safely poured into the Dump-Ezy at any of the above sites.
Or
1. Hose disposal
On board waste can be disposed directly from the vehicle to the Dump-Ezy the flexible hose. The drain is 100mm in diameter and can accept all hoses up to this size. If you’re a single user, the lid can be closed to assist in holding the hose.
2. Wash down
Ensure to completely hose down the Dump-Ezy after each disposal. Please utilise the hose provided to do so and ensure all waste is  washed down the sewer pipe. This ensures that the Dump-Ezy is clean for the next user.
3. Close lid

Once the wash down has been performed, close the lid to ensure the waste system is sealed.

Rinse Water (Non-Potable) Available:

The Disposal sites all have non- potable rinsing water available for use. It is very important that this water is not used for any other purposes other then rinsing of your holding tanks.

Disposal of Other Waste Items:

Waste bins have been provided at the site to utilize for items that are not RV Disposal Point friendly. It is important to leave the site clean and tidy for your fellow travellers.

What not to dispose of at the RV Disposal Point:

  • Wet Wipes or Baby Wipes (even if they say flushable)
  • Tissues
  • Paper towels
  • Cotton buds
  • Dental floss
  • Nappies
  • Condoms
  • Tampons and pads
  • Rubbish

All of the above belong in the rubbish bin, not the disposal point. The above items don’t breakdown and will cause catastrophic blockages to the infrastructure.

Blockages

If a blockage should occur at the site you have visited, it is important to report this immediately.

Any blockages and overflows can harm our natural environment and can cause an issue to public health. Unclogging blockages and repairing damaged infrastructure can be expensive.

Please contact Mid Murray Council immediately on 08 8569 0100, so our licensed CWMS Maintenance Officers can attend the site.
