The Mannum Leisure Centre features two outstanding gym areas which members have access to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The ‘Cardio Room’ has a great range of modern treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and rowers along with other selected equipment. Work out in air-conditioned comfort and watch your favourite show on the large flat screen TV. The ‘Main Gym’ is a large space filled with modern pin loaded machines to work out every part of your body. The air-conditioned area also features a huge range or free weights and associated equipment making it the best equipped gym in the district. The Mannum Leisure Centre provides a great range of sports through its indoor multi sports courts and two squash courts. Sports are offered seasonally and include netball (senior mixed & junior development), basketball (senior mens, juniors & junior development), soccer and tennis. You can also play volleyball, badminton and table tennis. Join the squash competition or just hire the courts and have a hit of squash or racquet ball. Group fitness is a great way to have fun with old friends, meet new ones and enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
