Conflict of Interest Register

Our Council

Under Section 74 and Section 75 of the Local Government Act 1999, an Elected Member of Council must disclose if they have a general or material conflict of interest in any matter being discussed at a Council or Committee meeting, this is recorded in the Minutes of the meeting.
