1. Southern part of Mary Ann Reserve, from the boat ramp carpark to the southern boundary of the reserve be fenced off from Thursday, 18 January 2024 until Monday, 22 January 2024;
2. Arnold Carpark  will be closed from 5.30am until 11.30pm on Saturday, 20 January 2024;
3. Mary Ann Reserve boat ramp and Rowing Club carpark from 6.00am Thursday, 18 January 2024 until 10.00am Monday, 22 January 2024;
4. Mannum Football Oval car park as a general use car park and shuttle bus access to and from event from 10.00am until 11.00pm on Saturday 20 January 2024.

Pursuant to Section 33(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1961, Council declares that the event described in the discussion & analysis (“Event”) that is to take place on the roads described below (“Road”) in an event to which Section 33 of the Road Traffic Act 1961 applies; and pursuant to Section 33(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Act 1961, makes an order directing that the road on which the Event is to be held and any adjacent or adjoining roads specific below, be closed to traffic for the period from 8.00am Monday 31 July until 4.00pm Friday 18 August 2023.

Public Notice - Temporary Event Road Closure - Sounds By The River (Mannum Golf Club) 2023

Pursuant to its lease dated 29 March 2022, Council authorises the Mannum Golf Course to use the Premises beyond the Permitted Use to host the 2023 Sounds By The River Event, to be held Saturday, 21 January 2023, subject to general conditions of Council’s Event Permit;

Council ratify the road closures of:

- Hardy Street from North Terrace to Douglas Street in Mannum;
- Douglas Street from Hardy Street to Hamilton Street in Mannum; 
- Boronia Road from Douglas Street to Belvedere Road in Mannum;
- Hamilton Street from Douglas Street in a southerly direction, to the end of Hamilton Street no through road in Mannum; and
- Mannum Football Oval car park as a general use car park and shuttle bus access to and from event from 6.00am until 10.30pm on Saturday, 21 January 2023.

SA Police be advised that Council agrees with the proposed road closures as detailed below and be requested to proceed with the necessary road closure order, and that Australian Road Rules Exemptions and Conditions be sought for:
