Community Land Management Plans
What is community land?
Community land is defined in the Local Government Act 1999 as, ‘All local government land (except roads) that is owned by a council or is under the council’s care, control and management’.
What are Community Land Management Plans?
To ensure the appropriate use and ongoing management by Local Governments, Community Land Management Plans (CLMP’s) are required to describe the location, purpose and management of all Council's community land including parks, reserves, streetscapes, sport and recreation facilities and storm water management areas.
